Peacock is expected to have over 15,000 hours worth of content at launch, including blockbuster movies, NBC classic shows, original content, news programming, and even 3,000 hours of Spanish-language TV via Telemundo. Offerings from HBO Max won’t be shabby either; expect more than 10,000 hours of content, spread between HBO series, Warner Bros. movies, Turner shows (TNT, TBS, etc.) and new “Max Originals” made exclusively for the service. Disney+ won’t be far behind at 7,000 TV episodes and 500 movies (so likely in the vicinity of 5,000-8,000 hours). Apple TV+, on the other hand, launched with just eight shows and one movie, though it will slowly add more over the coming months and years.
